320s sell alot in Australia and Asia. I belive its the same in EU Don't know that many ppl active in these forums from AU that's why there's not much discussion ere.

These countries have a huge price difference between each version.

But it starts to make sense when the roadtax is twice as expensive compared to the petrol version and some people like to go above 4500 RPM.
For our car the annual roadtax is 720 euros, for the diesel version it is 1400 euros

I have had my 3.20i a few days ago. I chose 3.20i instead of 3.20d as there was a mere 5000 Euro price difference, which I could compensate after may be 100000 km's, with the prices here in Turkey.

In Turkey we currently only have 3.20i, 3.20d, 3.28i, however we will receive 3.18 and 3.16 in one years time. They do not import 3.35i at all due to extreme tax burdens.
