Exhaust Mod - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

Anyone tried to see if this exhaust mod worked on the 335 like the one this guy did on his 328? I would love to see a DIY post

it's completely doable in theory... I may give this a shot sometime this week and I'll make a DIY thread if it works... Now the question is how do you know if you disconnect it that the flap isn't going to close again?

I havent checked but u might can see the flap by looking in. not sure how deep it is

I looked under the car and it seems that by removing the pin it should just open all the way and stay open, but I will update once I have it done.

BMW performance exhaust when it releases should be a good option, although pricey.
