F31 320d sold, 328i M-Sport or M135i?

Hi,

Today I sold my 320d Touring which I liked a lot as a package. But I felt that it was too boring in the end and I didn't long for driving it at all. It was just very good and solid. And frankly I might be too young for having a diesel Touring yet, I'm 32. No kids.

Now I'm thinking of buying a 328i M-Sport sedan or a M135i 5 door.

I have driven the 328i Touring sportline before and also the 428i M-Sport.
Never driven the M135i since it's pretty rare to find at the dealers. It's the same engine and drivetrain as the M235i you have in the states. But I like the practicallity of the 5 door hatchback more.

Any input here?

Thanks.

Get the M235. It is sick. I saw one when I was buying my 335. Too bad I had to have xDrive for the winter otherwise I would have went that way.

There won't be much difference between a 320d and a 328i in terms of driving enjoyment... I would get the 235i if "fun" is what you are after. Like you I have an F31 and like you I had a MINI... sure miss my MINI in terms of fun.

The 320d and the 328i are basically the same. The 320d has more torque at the low end but the 328i has a higher redline - so the only difference for all practical purpose is the higher redline which might not negate the lower fuel economy. If 320d is not fun enough you would want to consider the M135 or M235.

The same? The 320i and the 320d are "the same" but still not cause the 320i is way more fun and quicker to 60. The 328i and 320d, are not even remotely close. There's no comparispn. To even call it a 328d over there is a joke. Ridiculous. More torque sure, its almost at the same torque level as the 335i, but still light years away performance wise.

press down on the gas and....................... now it starts goin, like a chuchu train and nothing else.

Lyssna inte på dom härr åsnorna, dom vet inte ett skit. Bestäm dig för storleken du vill ha, sen väljer du.
