Huge Crash Video + Time Lapse Rebuild - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

Hello everyone,

New to this Forum but excited to be here. I have been driving for Will Turner in the Grand-Am series for 3 years now in the #97 Turner Motorsport BMW M3... pretty safe to say I am a BMW nut!! We are always making cool videos and I figured I would Share some with you all. First up, the in car from the unfortunate wreck I had at Barber and the SICK!!! time lapse rebuild of the 97. She is all set for Homestead this weekend. Enjoy!

Welcome! Great video - good luck in Miami. I feel priveledged that I had these guys change the oil in my 335 up in Amesbury a couple years back, lol.

Glad you're ok, that was a hell of a hit that you took. I watched it on Speed and couldn't believe how hard the impact was. Looking forward to watch the Turner guys at Miami this weekend.

Also good luck with Dyson in the ALMS!

Thanks yes the hit was hard but all is well. Excited to go racing this weekend hopefully the new car will but just as good as Katrina (that was her name on account of her being a Katrina flood car)

Cool video. Obviously more than 16 days to build since on day one you already had a painted chassis with the roll cage in it.

Good Luck at this weekend's race in Homestead! Hopefully BMW does well at Hochenheim for the DTM race as well.
