I wonder what other China domestic market only items we'll see in the future from BMW. Interesting.

No doubt, that is how most BMWs are sold LOL. My CEO drives a Prius tho, I would be really screwed LOL.

Amazing how the photographer didn't think....
Wow - what is different about this car ? Oh yes, its a long wheelbase model. Lets take a side profile picture to see how the proportions work on this model.... Nope - not a single shot of it in profile without being at an angle. Plenty of shots of paint showing a trace of orange peel but no straight on side view. I am speechless... |

I don't get the principle behind a LWB 3 series, for the chinaman who want's more space buy a 5 series. IMO BMW would be smart to use this extended platform for the 3 series touring. |

And really hope that there is no push from esteemed US citizenry for longwheel base 3s....one doesn't need to be driven around in a 3 series |

I'd rather have this than a 5 series.
The 5 barely has more back seat leg room than the 3, and this would drive more like a 3 than a 5. The only dimension I find the 3 lacking in space is in rear leg room, so this seems like a great solution for a family car. Then again, I'm the second smallest in my family at 6'3, so maybe my view on this is skewed...
