Do you know the date you got shipped? My CA emailed me a PDF document with all the details, Ship name, port of exit, shipping company, port of arrival, etc.

Hmm, that much info would be nice to know. Until my CA gets back to me, I won't know for sure. All I've had to go off of is the website and the 800 number. But I also started looking for all the ship departures from Bremerhaven for the month of April to try to figure out on my own what ship it might be on. The vehicle status was updated to En-route after the 18th. I put my VIN through the WW tracking and nothing came up, so I figured it had to be on one of the K-Line ships that departed around the same time.

yeh sounds like it might be on the florida highway. I dont understand why is it taking your CA so long. Just call him up and ask what ship is it on? Which dealership did you order from?

She hasn't been in yet this week, so I'm just waiting for a call back when she gets in. I ordered from Braman in Palm Beach.

I hope they worst fast too... so excited! I have a question regarding the tracker/1-800. How do you find out the date that each "phase" ended? For instance, how do I know when my production ended/what day it shipped? If I call the 1-800 and ask for a person will they have the information or only my CA?

Or you can call the dealer directly and ask any CA to look it up.

Every job have some form of customer whether it be internal or external. Do u tell ur customers not to bother u?

I text my CA and he always response but I have sent an email before and have yet to receive a response to this day.

so my friend call or text that number...you are the customer who is spending $50,000

Haha I know! Plus I've known my CA for years and he always tells me never to hesitate calling him about anything.
