Cool BMW F30 M Performance Parts Shown in Malaysia

BMW F30 M Performance Parts Shown in Malaysia

COMMENTS

At the Malaysian launch of the new F30 3 Series, BMW showcased a 328i partially adorned in some M Performance Parts.

As we can see, not all F30 M Performance Parts are featured here, with the exterior aero kit parts missing (M Sport bumpers, carbon fiber front splitters, carbon fiber mirrors, sideskirts, trunk spoiler, and rear diffuser).

Featured however are the the M Performance gloss black grilles, M Performance racing stripes, 20" Style 405M M Performance wheels, M Performance brakes in orange (4 piston front, 2 piston rear, and which also come in yellow and red) with 370mm brake discs.

The interior features the full array of M Performance Parts for the F30, with 'rough' carbon fiber (about) finish trim on the center console, door handles, and wrapped shift knob, the M Performance Alcantara steering wheel with red tab stripe, and M Performance alcantara/carbon fiber dashboard trim. No M Performance pedals were installed on this car.

I wish they would make alcantara trim pieces for the e9x.

Exterior looks very silly with the black stripes(Especially on the 328). Interior pieces are looking good, aside from M Performance writing on the passenger side dashboard. I little cheesy if you as me.

I wonder if the M Performance alcantara/carbon fiber dashboard trim is hard to install?

I love big OEM wheels, but 20s just seem too big for this car. It looks like it needs a drop, too.

Interior looks really nice. Wish this had the M Performance exterior parts too. Haven't seen any good real life photos of that yet only the catalog and wallpaper shots.

Pretty, but not a lot of bang for the buck.
