Lease a F30 335 sedan right away?

I was wondering if I were to order a new f30 335i sedan if it is possible to lease the car right away? If so what do you think the car would be to lease with about a 55k msrp?

I was just at a dealer yesterday inquiring about the same thing, except my config on a 335 would MSRP about 52,600.

January pricing and offers come in today apparently (1-4) and hopefully F30 numbers will be included, so I was a day early. The salesman wasn't able to give me any hard figures because of that, but she came up with Low to mid 800s. That also includes 16k miles a year for my prospective lease, which she said add about 75 a month over standard 10k miles. She expects residuals to be in the mid 50 percent range.

I have to call back tomorrow to see if the F30 numbers did indeed show up, so I may know more at that point.

Like I said I need a 16k mile a year lease due to my commute length, so that's an extra $75 or so a month over a 10k mile lease. I am curious to hear the actual numbers if they came out today. I went to bmwconfig.com and ran my options through it with a 55% residual this time and got 7 something a month which doesn't seem too far off considering you can't increase mileage on its calculator.

I'd be much happier with a residual closer to 60 though. From what she said it does sound like the 328s will be a better off since they sell a good number more of them vs the 335.

I may have to drop some more money down with what I get on a trade-in. Either way I'm really anxious to formally get an order in having driven a 2011 335i M-Sport yesterday.

Agreed. The 328 better be 60 or better. I'll be disappointed and surprised if it's not. Would someone kindly post when they come in?

Bmw residuals have always been strong, i am expecting 58-60...then +3% of 10K miles... difference between 55 and 60 could be 110 a month...

A little lack of update on my end. Pricing figures did not come in yesterday for the F30. They expect them soon though (I hope so for my part, since I'm apprehensive to order a car I don't know what I'll be paying for). With the car coming out in a little over a month one would hope it would be very soon.

My salesman spoke to a manager that's been with the dealer for a while, and his opinion is Residuals on the 335 will be mid to upper 50s as opposed to mid 50s. She's promised to call me when and if they get any figures. I'll keep everyone updated if I hear anything.

Thank you, sir. If you or anyone else has the money factors from BMW, we'd all appreciate those as well.

I don't see the 335 having a high residual if BMW is planning on tweaking the engine for next year which will likely happen.

328 should be pretty good though.
