What are the chance the M-Sport would be available on a 328i in Canada? That would reduce the cost slightly...

It'll be available in Europe, but I'm not sure about the US (yet).

Wait, what?... I guess I thought it was a given that an M sport touring would make its way to NA. That would be an incredible disappointment if they decided not to bring it.

They brought over the current E91 M-sport, seems only logical to do the same for the F31.

I was just at the doctors when I read this in a car magazine. I thought the 335 M sport won't have a power bump over the normal 335i?

my impatience is killing me... but i knew there was such a risk ordering it early on... oh well...

Haha sorry man.... but I have been planning to wait all along beacause I just like the M package more and the M steering wheel and so forth.
The 335i sport also looks very nice though.

Alcantara Upholstery? This must not be referring to the US version. I am not sure that the bump in power can be necessarily trusted as fact yet either.

Well this was in a American car magazine in California. I forgot the title.... I haven't heard of it before though. I also thought reading that there WON'T be a power bump but I am hoping it'll have 335hp

I personally would love the Alcantara interior, and would love a bump in power on the 328 as well, but I'm not holding my breath on this one. Especially since BMW NA hasn't released details of the M-Sport package yet.

Just wait and get a dinan chip that will prob give you another 60 horses for 2k plus your warranty is fine

I knew it; the wait is worthwhile.

I was so hoping in a power bump but regardless of that, I absolutely adore the M Sport package. I was so close to ordering the 335i in sport line but thought let me wait till July and YES!

South, can you confirm this for us? Or how long do you recommend us waiting till we get a final confirmation? 335HP would kill the Audi S4!!!

We've been told there wouldn't be a power bump for the M Sport.

It may be a country specific bump, just like the US got the 335i performance option that other countries did not get.

Marketing is probably still fighting it out in the boardrooms.

Yes, but please consider that the statement of "no power bump for the M Sport" would still be true if the power bump was for all 2013 (versus 2012) 335i models, at least as an optional performance package.

After all, virtually EVERYONE knows that the same existing E90 N55 performance package (like the 640i standard upgrade) will obviously work on the F30 and we are just waiting for BMW to officially offer it as an option or include it as standard. It's all there and ready, we are just waiting for BMW to officially announce the obvious.

I was at the dealership in London, Ontario and the sales guy showed me the dealer info they have on the M Sport....it mentioned all the features we already know about but nothing about a power bump. There have also been reports on this site claiming those reports are false. BMW hasn't confirmed or denied officially, as far as I know.
