No, not those Mass. These - 2 o'clock and 4 o'clock - 3 different setups in 3 different wheels:

Those arent buttons...there just "dummy" plastic things...kind of like where the seat heater button is, if you dont seat heaters you just get some plastic black "dummy" button

Those buttons are for active cruise control, which isn't supposed to be available until July (MY2013). However, there are some pictures of a new F30 that just arrived at a Canadian dealership with active cruise buttons. I am guessing it is only available in certain countries on MY2012 cars, as the US and UK websites say that it isn't available until July.
