...wanna know the actual marketing segment the BMW is targeting this new model towards? Open up the full official press release (the PDF file in the first post of this thread) and count all of the instances of the word "gloss" and its combinations.

Similar Look to BMW M1 Prototype?

Anyone notice that the BMW 3 Series Sport Line looks a lot like the BMW M1 prototype (from the front)? Here is the M1 (same color as well) for comparison:

...oh, and I'll be repeating myself (I'll stop, I promise!) but if you wanna know where the new BMW interior designers got their inspiration from when designing the overall shape and location of new iDrive display in F30, look no further than this link: Digital Alarm Clock

I wonder if Msport will be available summer 2012 in the US market. If so that will likely be the next car

....I will admit that the Msport steering wheel is not doing it for me...looks like the Mini steering wheel...maybe it will grow on me.

The interior looks great to me. I love the dash setup, very modern.

The ass and face look a little odd to me.

Hopefully in three years I can order a new F32 M sport.

Hmmmm what's that Audi you keep on building the same car in different sizes, we thinks that's a great idea, lets do the same, jesus they could have come up with something different, this is just a shrunken 5/7 with an ugly face.

That was the first thing I noticed -- the front edge of the hood is a straight line that doesn't mesh with anything else...

not feeling the squashed front end...M-Sport looks a lot better...LOVE the BLACK and red interior but not feeling the empty space right below the ac controls...CAN"T WAIT TO SEE THE M-Sport COUPE

Yup, infront of the shifter. Looks to be a good amount of room between the shifter and the console to fit drinks.

love the car! The only thing i wish they didnt change was how the seats were sewn. Rather than horizontal stitched leather pieces they decided to piece them together vertically :/ I hope this grows on me..

looks like in the first picture of the white car with all the signatures the passenger is flicking off the woman taking a picture or maybe thats his pointer finger but given BMWs history of this i wouldnt be suprised.

It's ok...maybe it will grow on me more.

Anybody feel that the front lights remind you somewhat of the Mitsu Evo?...and the back bumper of the C-Class?
