I was very surprised to see Acura coming out with a TSX wagon for 2011. And it's not bad looking (for an Acura). Too bad it's only offered w/4 cylinders and slushbox tranny and no AWD -- for $32K. Basically an Accord station wagon with a metallic bird beak grill. Might they beef it up for 2012?

Pictures will be available on the day of or very soon after the official announcement. You definitely will not have to wait until its autoshow debut to see pictures. As with most other BMW new model introductions over the past six or seven years, pictures are available months before the car's first public showing.

Well, that wouldn't make sense if the MY13 is coming out summer of 2012. If BMW starts production of the F30 for MY12, I doubt it'll only be on sale for a two or three months before switching to MY13.

Any thoughts or dates on when the F30 2013 MY will start? I'm getting back from deployment in November and I'm wondering if I'll be able to get in the door after the switchover..

2013 model year begins with July production, for deliveries beginning September.

While I do understand the business decision BMW is making, it is truly unfortunate that the touring models are being deleted from the US market. The 5-series Touring, especially with the M-pkg and 20" wheels, is gorgeous. It makes a mockery of the big-butt GTs, and what I've seen of the spy photos, we're looking at a big-butt 3. Maybe big butts define American life styles and sleek styling defines European, dunno. Anyway, I was dreaming of a 335 Touring....DREAMING I SAID....DREAMING..... but may have to settle with a F30 Sedan and borrowing my wife's Volvo when I need utility. Although that same dream includes a RS4. Another reason for wanting to live in Europe.....

Who said the F31 touring won't be coming to the US? In fact, it will.

These are engines to begin with equipped with xDrive. High Powered six diesels follow later.

no 320d Touring or Sedan in the US Market. 328i Touring with or without xDrive only. No diesel 3er Touring.

First information on Touring released soon. Aswell as X1 LCi , 7er including 750d , M6 Gran Coupe , 3er Li and other models that relate to Beijing , Leipzig, M festival , Villa d'éste and MINI United.
