Great final effort in Q3 by LH. Very exciting finish. Too bad I think Mclaren gave up the race to be on pole. No way the options are going to hold up in the early going with the RBRs on primes, esp the way LH kills tires. Should be a good race though. I think Alonso will have something for the field too. He looked strong.

Only if the race finish before the TV schedule end time.
Let's say if the race has many Safety Car and the use up almost the entire two hours race limit. We'd be lucky to even see the podium ceremony.

From the post interview, McLaren is banking on a safety car deployment since this track gets some kind of crashes at the begining of the race. If there isnt a safety car, then RBR will take 1-2 again.

Was it just me...or I feel like Schumi is getting more and more desperate and pathetic....
taking out opponents, cutting chicanes...doing watever it is to "keep" his position....

with the actions he's done today....i wouldn't be surprised there will be some sort of fine and penalty....

I wonder what was wrong with Vettel's car again?
He's having another problem with his RB6.
I just hope the car isn't one of those brilliantly designed, but horrifically unreliable for 300km race distance.

Witnessed it all from the hairpin, it was a blast!! The stands were packed, and the racing was as intense as ever. I must have seen at least a dozen passes in person. All I can say is, wow!! I will be back to the Canadian grand prix that is for sure

congrats to Hamilton, he drove a stellar race. Feel bad for Alonso, were it not for Chandhok, he may have won this race. But him and Button drove extremely well to get on the podium.

He used to get away with a lot of crap like that,
but it's not nearly as accepted when running in mid pack .

What is wrong with Hamilton winning? I'd much rather see Hamilton win than Webber, imho.
