Carbon Fiber tips. 4" - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

Thinking about getting these. Will 4" tips be too big for the F30?

These are 3.5" and I think they are perfect.wouldn't do 4" if I were you, would look too big.

For reference, the tips on the Meisterschaft exhaust are 102mm (4.02in). I think those carbon fiber tips could look pretty nice.

Thanks for the reply guys. The only thing I'm worried about with the 4" tips is that there won't be enough room height wise... and it'll end up pointing downward. The Meisterschaft exhaust looks like it is suffering from this a little bit.

I already ordered a set of 4" dual-walled tips that I may try out instead of the carbon ones. They look just like the Challenge 3.5" tips but in 4".

I thought 4'' would look to big and out of place, but after seeing the meisterchaft I think they fit perfectly, not much of a difference bettween the 3.5 and 4'' really.

I agree. I'd love to get a set. Unfortunately they're not available anymore.

This pic is before I readjusted the driver side tip to match the passengers. Raised it up a little bit.
