With our X3 we got a gripper mug, umbrella, dealer tote, and mats. We'll see what I can score when we take delivery of the 335...

When I bought the car, just the floor mats. I have a good relationship with my dealership now and they'll give me something small when I go sometimes. I've gotten some leather care lotion and some keychains so far.

Also got one of those key fob flash drives in the mail the other day. Not sure if it came from the dealership or corporate.

I just bought a CPO 2010 335i, he got the car detailed, is going to remove the radio from my old car for me, promised me a set of carpet floor mats and he filled the tank up on delivery.

Is it customary for the customer to send their CA a card WITH a gift, or is a good survey with some kind words enough?
