I like the sound of the Meistershaft over the m performance exhaust just my opinion. I should start saving up

The MPE is a Cat back i believe... what would it sound like if that resonator in the midpipe were to be removed? Is that necessary or is that just for sound dampening?

MPE is a muffler only, no catback.

Yea sorry thats what i meant... But considering its only the muffler... would it be okay to cut that resonator out of the middle of the stock midpipe?

Yes, cutting, you can re install the stock catback with a clamp. I am running the stocker right now with a clamp, works great.

its okay, but you may get more sound, more drone, more rasp then intended. It's anybody's guess as to the sound. Borla is running a catback with no resonator, so thats an indication that its not needed.
