I like the sound of the Meistershaft over the m performance exhaust just my opinion. I should start saving up

MPE is a muffler only, no catback.

Yes, cutting, you can re install the stock catback with a clamp. I am running the stocker right now with a clamp, works great.

its okay, but you may get more sound, more drone, more rasp then intended. It's anybody's guess as to the sound. Borla is running a catback with no resonator, so thats an indication that its not needed.
