BMW iPhone Remote App - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

I decided to load this on my iPhone over the weekend and try it out. My car is in the shop the next few days about 14 or 15 miles away.

It successfully located the car no problem. However this morning I tried it again and it gave me an error saying my car is more than .6 miles away and the location won't be given due to privacy.

Anybody have that happen after it working fine for greater distances?

It should never work when you car is not close by.

Must have been a fluke then because it did give me the exact location the first couple times I tried it.

BMW must not want jealous husbands tracking their unfaithful wives.

I bet it was a cached session from last time you opened it.

No what's weird is the very first time i used it my car was already over .6 miles away.
