Displaying CD Cover/Image on Nav Screen - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

Hey guys, thought I saw something in a thread here about displaying the CD cover image and/or id tags on the navigation screen, but can't seem to locate the thread now... does anyone know if that can be done, and how to do it? I have a 2013 335i xDrive (Oct.2012 build), if that makes a diff...

USB cable to iPhone or Snap-In adapter will display album art.

not everyone uses iphone/ipod, I was told that a flash drive with the art properly embedded in the files will do the trick

I get album art displayed on my non-nav (but BMW assist equipped) screen when playing mp3s straight off a USB drive (art is embedded into each mp3 file).

Same should go for nav equipped idrive systems (with the widescreen).
