11 years on my E46 M3, still remember the night can't fall into sleep before picking her up. Car I would never sell

2nd (pre-owned), 4yrs: 2004 e46 325i, sport/MT; sold with 177K Km
3rd (pre-owned), 6mths and counting

I started my BMW career in college in the 90's and it is still going strong.

E30 325is - 2 years
E24 635csi 3 years
E34 540 6spd 4 years
E39 540 6spd 6 years
E63 645ci 3 years
F10 535i Sport 2 months

I would have gladly stayed with my recently sold E63 for a couple more years but I had my first bay and the infant seat simply did not fit with her Mom in the front seat. It had to go. Loved those V8's. I am warming up again to the inline 6 again though.

dang some of you guys or just a couple have owned some for a pretty long time like 8 yeras. most of the rest are still just in the couple years range.
