are camshafts hollow?
This may sound like a silly question, but are camshafts hollow? I saw a lamp made out of one (it was awesome) if it is indeed hollow it would be a super easy project for the man-cave.
Thanks in advance |

I didn't know that. The ones on my Acura Integra back in the day surely didn't seem like they were hollow. The aftermarket Crower ones also seemed too heavy to be hollow. Do you have to cut off the ends to expose the inside? Because I know they're definitely "sealed" off on the ends.
