New spyshots of the F30 2012 BMW 3-Series testing in Scandinavia (01/27/10) - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

Here are the latest photos of the F30 3-series that has been spending its time working hard in snow/winter testing. This car was previously caught on video leaving a gas station and now we can see the car in deep snow. If you haven't seen it, here is Mii's wonderful detailed evaluation of the F30 body based on the spyshots available so far. And now, onto the new pictures...

The front is going to look terrible... BMW has moved from the Bangle Butt to porting the shark like front of the Z4 to every other car... the latest victim will be the 3, previously we saw the 5 and 5GT get that treatment... It looks inconsistent with the sporting nature of the car if you ask me... Reminds me of a new Camaro. The front is just too blunt and the kidneys dont transition well into the hood like they do on the E9x.

The new nose is mandated by EU pedestrian protection standards- that is the reason all EU brands are changing the nose, not just BMW.

yeah i find it funny how ppl think they have xray eyes and can see whats underneath all that crap. remember the 7 series F series? had no idea what it was gona look like. with the camo it looks so ugly. when it came out, it looked better than every other lux car

I don't like the majority of the rims that BMW puts on their cars.
They are very dull.

This car looks very "boxy" though.

What is the car that is parked directly behind the 3 series mule in the first picture? its camouflaged but you can see the shape of the kidneys quite well.
