Crystal Light
We are obsessed with it. Actually, I think I've been drinking it for 15 years.
I do know it counts as a water serving, but not AS good as plain water. We like to cook, and don't drink much alcohol (i.e. wine with meals) and water is just too bland with food, try to stay away from soda, so I find tea to be a nice alternative. Anyone else drink lots of it? I probably drink 3/4 gallon of tea or lemonade a day. I've heard rumors that it causes cancer, but so does everything, right? Anyone have good combos, lol. I like to do the "Arnold Palmer" with 1/2 regular tea and 1/2 lemonade. I also like the peach tea flavor.

Not me. Tea or some type of all natural juice like lemon/limeaid or pomegranate. No artificial stuff like crystal light. I actually have some around the house, ill have to try it now!

I just don't really care for the "real" tea and then having to add the sugar. Guess I'm lazy, the taste of Crystal Light isn't really like real tea, so don't expect it, but I like it a lot.

I really like the lemonade myself...but like everything else, all things in moderation. Probably better to drink 3/4 of a gallon of Crystal Light than Diet Coke or something...

I'm obsessed with the Crystal Light peach tea. But the Wal-Mart around me never friking has it in stock!
So I've switched to Diet Lipton Green Tea w/ Citrus. Stuff is awesome. No calories, all that antioxidant crap, is supposedly all natural, and tastes really good. I go through about 5-6 16.9oz bottles a day.

My roomy & I have been using the stuff for a couple years now. At first it was just a cheap alternative to purchasing actual tea, but now I use it as a way to drink more water (with flavor!). We get all different kinds, but our favs are the peach tea & the pomegranate.

If I'm trying to be good, but REALLY want a beer, sometimes I'll brew myself a cup of Japanese tea. I put no sweeteners of any kind in my tea these days, unless I sneak an Arnold in there. A pungent rooibos is a treat any time of day.
