wtf are you talking about, fifth gear is a great show. it may not be as entertaining as top gear, but its still a good watch. also, tiff can drive circles around any of the hosts on either show

It's an awesome show. Not entertaining, but more factual. It's proper car reviewing without the sarcasm that takes away from the review

It is more 'serious' but I don't know how factual it is. The head-to-head races are filmed for TV, Jason and Tiff allow each other to pass a couple of times to make it exciting.

However, I still watch both. Top gear is more entertaining for sure.

top gear has 3 guys who are showmen and could have a entertainment show about anything.

hell, none of them even needs to like cars, all they have to do is act like it.

And then over at 5th gear it seems like you got real gearheads but they're not as talented and entertaining, in the hosting sense.

Top Gear may be the more entertaining show, which is truely is btw, BUT fifth gear is one heck of a great petrol head show.

Compared to top gear it sucks balls. Don't get me wrong both of the guys know how to drive really well.. Better than james may and richard hammond IMO but the show's producers are pretty stupid. How is kicking the ball with a car gonna prove which one is better, especially since its 2 different drivers. I don't think it's a good comparison. Check out some of the top gear comparos and you'll see what I mean.

true. I also feel fifth gear has gotten far less serious than it has once been. Top Gear is far more entertaining. I can see the Fifth Gear cast trying to be funny, but they should stick to the serious stuff.

Fifth Gear is my show of choice simply because of Tiff. Clarkson is a tool, and Tiff is a better driver than all the Top Gear drivers combined.

I love Top Gear for the entertainment, and as everyone said Fifth Gear is more serious. I do watch clips of Fifth Gear and they pretty good, but as MrHarris has stated is Tiff really as good as Micheal Schdhjflghfsdlg(hell I cant spell his name). I know that all of the stuff that the guys on TG do is rubbish and obviously some are setups, but it's just great fun with nice cars, which BTW the only serious thing on TG is when the Stig goes for a lap.
