Wow! An e36 ti M3
Never saw one of these before, they must be really rare!
By the way, you can't tell from the picture but the tint had a thousand bubbles in it. This was one classy ride!![]() ![]()

They actually made that car with the m-sport pack but it was body add ons, suspension and interior only. I have seen people throw the e36 M3 motos in those but I doubt this guy is one of them.

Well, actually BMW build exactly one of those cars. They gave it to auto-motor-sport on their 50th birthday. Complete M3 drivetrain, bucket seats, complete M-package. Must have been a hell of a driving machine.
A lil proof. Searching for some more [img=http://img23.imageshack.us/img23/490/m3c28136398ws6.th.jpg] Ladies and gentlemen, I now present you the one and only original E36 M3 Compact! Sorry for the german info! Quote:

There is actually one here locally in Montreal. It's a conversion, but very well done nonetheless.

Silly me, I thought this was a poser, but it's obviously a real M3. I now know it must be worth a lot of money too because it's so rare. Would have thought he'd gotten a better tint job. He was driving rather slow too. Probably didn't want to show off all his M Power. That would be gloating. Well at least I got to take a picture of this beauty to remember it forever. ; )

Odds are pretty good that the car actually has an M3 engine - it's a very common swap. You can find them for sale pretty much any time. I don't agree with the re-badge, but pretty much everyone does it after putting in an M3 engine.

I still have a 96' 318ti, its my winter beater. Actually, it's in pretty good condition. Paint is good and it has 170 000kms.
