Hmmm the 2012 335is did 0.5s slower/pretty well the same. That's pretty good.

.90 G grip is awesome. Looks like he messed up a little with the window wipers at 0:45, lol.

Yea - it kinda invalidates any comparison to last year's time. Since the lap was so sloppy saying that 2013 is .5 sec faster than 2012 is meaningless. On any given day, depending on the driver, weather conditions, etc , times can vary greatly.

Car and Driver claims each car gets multiple laps by at least two different drivers over multiple days to get the best time. I bet this is just the one they chose to videotape and do commentary on.

I can't believe we still have people out there complaining about BMWs iDrive interface or anything related to the lets call it Navigation unit. It's the best system out there imo. I have driven Mercedes's, Porsche's, Audi's, Lexus's, VW's and some more an none comes close to BMW's simplicity imo.

Funny video, he drives this bad and misses at least half of the apexes that he is cursing at the end! Did I hear well that he's even apologizing to his audience he's not a good driver?

My lap wouldn't be better, but I wouldn't be setting lap times in granularity of one tenth of a second and I wouldn't publish a ranking based on this amateurism.

It would be cool if BMW offered the m sport with Pilot Super Sports. Between the better rubber and the bigger brakes I bet that would turn a better time (not that times really matter).

I'm a stick driver for life, but that auto box sounds damn slick.
