Harlem Shake Defined:

"An eccentric upper body dance move that involves the shaking of the upper torso and shoulders. Am i the only one who thought this video was hilarious? Looked like a bunch of people getting butt hurt that their neighborhoods version of the Macarena wasn't being shown correctly....
