My new 328i Sport Line finished production two days ago!!!

I am very excited to get this car.

That being said - it was built in the Munich facility. If it finished productions two days ago around when does it actually get to port?

Also - is the only way to get the ship name once it is on board through my CA?

I think the car tracker online will tell you when it goes to port.

Once it's on the boat you can search for it by VIN here:

About three days from end of production to being at the port. Another day or two to get processed by Wallenius Willhelmsen then it will be loaded on the next east coast ship. Your CA will have the most accurate information, the WW website is pretty good as well. Cheers!

You'll be at the port in 2-3 days. You may be waiting at the port though. If you're lucky you'll get on a boat within a few days. I waited 10 days to get on a boat.

Yeah when I placed order in January I was pretty happy it was gonna be a march delivery because I live in buffalo New York.

328i Sport line MT
Black Sapphire metallic
Black leatherette
Brushed aluminum and black interior
Tech package
Lighting package
And apparently I'm one of the sport lines getting the m-sport steering wheel

Super excited. Coming with summer sport tires so I'm hoping by early to mid march when I take delivery most of the snow is gone and we don't get hit with anymore but being in buffalo, ny you never know.

Driving a 2011 RWD Camaro with snows right now that I'm trading in.

i bought in NOVA from sterling BMW. I am now on a ship "HONOR" (left on 2/13/2013 and is heading for baltimore md now with an eta of 2/27

I think there is a ship called Mignon at port right now and leaves tomorrow, first stop is Halifax and then off to NY. Not sure if your car will get on that. I am hoping mine does, been sitting at port since Feb 13th. If it doesnt get on this one I think the next one is Feb 27th at least for Halifax.

The status of my car just got updated today, Munich build 335. I guess it left port today. Does that basically narrow down what vessel it is on? I ask my CA and he hasn't replied yet. I am in the Midwest.

I couldn't figure out where to put in the VIN in the links above.

Go to track and then put the VIN in under "Cargo" and it should tell you what vessel you're on.

Put last 7 under cargo ID.

I am going to check mine to see if it shows up.

Were you able to check what boat you are on? If so which one? Mignon left port right now but my car isnt showing up on it. Not sure if it shows up a few days later or my car didnt get on.
