Hey, that is a great idea. SoCal, BMWs and foodies. Someone should organize this (if not done already).

Unfortunately, I don't know of anyone in Ventura county.

If anyone in OC needs tint done I highly recommend TW Tint!

I live in TO. I used Conejo Auto Detail and Window Tint. My CA recommended them and they did an excellent job.

I had them put 3M crystaline on and I'm really happy with it. I used it mainly for heat rejection and it does a really good job.

My name is Marin and I just took over a 2 months old leased 2012 328i Sport Line with Comfort, Tech, Lights, heated seats, sport transmission & xenon. I have another 34 months at $470 / month with 12k. The car has 1,800 miles on it and it's spanking new. The ex owner ran into some financial trouble so apparently I got a very good deal - no money down, we split the lease transfer fee and the $470 includes tax

I'm currently driving a 2007 750Li but it's going out of warranty so it has to go. In the mean time I thought giving the Dreier a try at least until December 2013 when I might get the new 7 and have my wife drive this smaller Bimmer - she's currently driving a 2009 A4 2.0T.
But if I like the four pot, I might stick with it longer, as I'm not particularly fond of driving barges like the Siebener: great comfort and prestige but very little entertainment.

Now that you guys know the story of my life, here's what I want to do with the lil' bimmer:

1. Tint windows. Ceramic 35% all around + transparent film on the windshield. I did this to the A4 and the results were dramatic.

2. Sell the OEM 225 / 45 / 18 RFT tires - I think they are Bridgestone, not sure - and get something more comfortable, less noisy and crashy. The tires are new, with only 1,800 miles on them. If anyone interested, pls PM me.

3. JB N20 Stage 1. I need that tooooorque ...

4. Replace the stock amp with JBL MS-8 + separate amp for under seat woofers + swap the 8" woofers with 10".

5. Apply Opti-Coat + invisible bra on front. I tend to do a lot of driving.

6. Have fun

That's it for now. I want to follow up with lots of questions and some comparos (328i vs. A4 and vs. 750Li). I'm glad I got the 3, I really like it so far.

application looks straight forward-

looks like a DIY project. just get a good detail and then apply.

elevated in Pasadena - could do 3m clear bra for ur front bumper

or paint shield 5720. - matte finish clear/ like plastic dip.

As we all know BimmerFest is on next Saturday May 18th, I think it will be a perfect opportunity for all the F30 owners in So Cal (SD, IRVINE/ OC/ LA / LB & IE) get together. I'd like to see how big it will turn out.
