First F30 Quad-Tip on a M-Sport? We got pics ! - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

Had an experiment with some quad exhaust tips on my partners F30 335 M-Sport.

Check it out, let us know what you think.

Before we trimmed the diffuser to accommodate the tips.

It's funny how many clueless people mistaken the car for the M5, nearly a dozen people pulled up, or came up to ask him if it was the new M5.

We also did a lil sum sum to the exhaust

looks really nice... debadge the 35 and put a m logo in front. lol. and tell everyone who ask if m5 say no its the new m3. haha

btw what exhaust is that or is it custom from the stock?

Do you mind sharing what was modded to it beside the tip? It sounds a lot louder. Also how did you get the turbo swish sound to be so loud. I want mine that loud. lol

can you elaborate on what you did? just delete mufflers from stock? does that require a whole new exhaust? can i get a similar sound with stock exhaust and muffler delete?

if this is how they handle inquiries to a potential sale... just imagine their customer service if there was a problem with their product

Lol, and thinking they are the first too... About 4-5 months after the M-sport deliveries started.

The price hasn't been fully established yet, we are looking to install it on another vehicle from NY which we will take videos of along with more photos. We have a basic design and need to make sure once it's replicated it has a perfect fit before we start selling them.

The mufflers were completely removed and replaced with 3" piping after the rear resonator, and split for the quad tips.

I wasn't receiving notifications about any replies from this thread, which was the reason I haven't replied to it. In regard to our customer service, we can be reached via email or phone call, which we answer right away.

The reason we had a question mark after the thread... if you have seen something else please post. We looked and haven't found a single thing.

And BTW... 4-5 months after deliveries? Not sure what that's supposed to mean because there are vehicle models which wait much longer than that to even see a first mod.

You can get a similar sound with simply removing your mufflers and using the correct piping. Doesn't require a full new exhaust.

Thanks for the info. So it's pretty much a cat-back style exhaust...that's good to know. I'd like something simple to install and put my stock back on if need be.

Also, what drop is on the car in front of the shop?
