My Shed

You may remember I was once using an old shed as a subject for many images.

Well they've cut down the trees and stacked them against the core of a barn that stood next to the shed. This barn was enormous and the core interior walls are all that is left of it. I suspect they stacked the tree wood there to burn the whole thing to ashes in the future. I'd like to be there to see and photograph that if it happens. I'm sure the shed will be gone soon and the land returned to crop use.

I agree about the bottom left being filled, but I like the shovel there, makes it more interesting to me. But that's just me.

I agree with panicos. The shovel grabs my attention because of its high contrast. I think the attention shouldn't be shovel, rather the trees or the shed itself.

Actually that's a piece of PVC pipe that I cloned out in other images of the shed. I had to leave it there in the icy fog image. I used that image in a photo contest on another site and was prohibited from adding or removing things, so that's why I didn't clone stuff out. I suppose I could make two versions.

The end of the shed and barn. I didn't have my camera with me and the P&S in the glovebox had a dead battery, so my cell phone was put to use.
