I installed mine a couple of weeks ago and the fit and finish is excellent. The tape wasn't already installed, but that's good in my opinion, because I tend to be a little more precise than the guys selling it. This pic was originally done to showcase the wheels but you get the idea of what the spoiler looks like.

Good choice going black on white. How's the fitment? The reason I asked is be coz I noticed a very small gap at the edge on the close up picture. Still thinking if I should paint match or go with cf version.

mine's been stuck in Taiwan for the last 3 days at the FedEx facility... It says it should be here by the 30th.

Anybody have tips/tricks/etc for lining it up and installing it correctly?

-Dry fit it / Measure distance on each end to ensure it's square. (I tend to dry fit it and then run my fingers along the lip on the back side to feel for any differences in distances)

-Use painters tape make an outline for where you want it lay

-Practice using the bottom lips of the spoiler to roll the spoiler on the the trunk (Worked best during a dry run)

-Pull the tape

-Lightly fit the spoiler on

-If you do it gently enough you will be able to pull back to re-lay it with the tape exposed. If not you may have to re-tape.

-Use some painters tape to hold it down once in place overnight.

-Enjoy.

Yes...it's perfect fitment. I just put it on quickly for pics.

Just an FYI.. I found the same spoiler for same price...but not painted. He is located in California, and not Taiwan . I prefer it not painted ...but that's just me. But I was promised it on the 24 of jan, and without fail, it showed up! Just a thought, to buy from USA...

Hi, what is the colour of the black spoiler on Alpine White car? Is it Matt Black? Looks very tasty whatever colour it is.

So it seems that the fitment and color matching of this much more inexpensive spoiler is very good, compared to the OEM wing.

So is the OEM spoiler also made of plastic and installed by double sided tape?

For those that have installed the spoiler. The inner portion does it sit flush or can you see a bit of a small gap? from the pictures you cannot really see. Also i see that the sides seem to have some what of a gap from some pictures.
