Hartge power tune for 320i
FYI... I just found this out and thought I'd share
Hartge has a +34HP / +37lb-ft kit for the 320i... Details at http://www.hartge.de/ Specific chip and dyno comparison: http://www.hartge.de/UploadPDF/F30%20Limousine/E%20-%2011202184.pdf yea, it costs 1700 EUR... Video of the 320i before and after chipping (including the 2.0i sound) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BaUSDbLhpc0 Anybody ever used those chips? They piggyback, so factory warranty remains, right? Also I'm kind of suspicious of the way Hartge measure the change in performance... change in the 80 to 180km/h, seriously? In the US this is not a relevant measure due to speed limitations. I'd rather see 0-60 gains reported, as conventionally reported... |

I think that's the avg acceleration range u need when merging into the Autobahn from the slip road. AC Schnitzer also quote 80-180 in their literature.
