Hey guys this is the first thread I am creating. I just ordered my first car, I got an F30 328I M Sport, alpine white,Coral Red, black high-gloss finish, technology pack, driver assistance plus, driver assistance package, lighting package, premium package, bmw apps, I am very excited. If anyone knows New2the3 I am his brother. I live in South Florida and once I get my car I am interested in doing photoshoots with people, going to meets, and going to Palm Beach International Raceway. It is a January order so hopefully it comes sometime soon in February. I will be posting many pictures.

Welcome! I'm sure your gonna love your new car... Congrats on it also being your first!

I'm a New England guy so can't really help you with photoshoots but I'm jealous of the backdrops you have down there, I'd love to do a south beach shoot at somepoint in the next few years!

Good luck with the beast, and one pointer to remember is that a German car means paying more for parts and if it looks too cheap to be nice, it is. eBay is not a place to buy parts and only believe half of anything you read online... When in doubt search an owner out, meaning find an owner of a shop and ask for his .02 on things, it'll save you time and anguish later on. Also find a tech and become good friends, it will pay off. Hope I save you from some of my earlier mistakes (I never bought eBay parts though hah).

Good luck and drive reasonably, responsibly isn't going to happen with a nice car at 16 but at least keep it below 110 with a few people in the car haha... Oh, no car surfing, dents the hood on the German cars...

Change your order to a 335! It wont cost you much more and you'll love the sweet I6.

It's 8K more for a 335i I rather have a car like his with all the features then have a stock 335i just for power

Not is is not 8k more... I just built both cars and its only $3850 more. Well worth it in my opinion...

MSPRP of 328 = $51,295
MSPRP of 335 = $55,145

and to be honest. If the price difference is a big deal. I'd get rid of the Drive Assist packages. They are kinda useless except for the backup Camera and sensors. I'd rather have the I6 over the lane departure feature etc.

I somewhat agree and disagree. Gas is expensive some people don't need the power of a 6cyl. I'f i wasent so ignorant i would have bought a fully loaded 328i but all my past bmw's where 6cyl so I didn't want to change. Since its his first car i doubt he needs all that power the Tubo 4 is an amazing engine with lots of power.

Well ignorance is bliss right? Like you because I've mostly had 6cyl cars in the past I cannot imagine going to an I-4. No matter how good the engine is. They just dont feel or sound the same. I test drove the 328 but it felt more lawn mower like than I liked. There is just something about the I6 powerbank, feel and sound that made me fall in love with it. The only other car in its class I considered was the S4 because the Supercharged V6 was amazing.

If the OP's user name and "First car" is an indication, then he's 16-17 and the last thing a teenager needs is even more HP in a RWD car...that just spells wrapped around the tree all over it.

I remember when my first car was a 1988 Chrysler with 2 blown struts and a digital speedo that only displayed 1 digit. "Do you know how fast were you going son?" "Yes officer...I was doing 9mph"

Lol my 1st car was a Kia Rio... I felt like I was driving a cardboard box. If a car passed you on the highway it shook from the force...oh the scary ol'days.

YESS THE S4!!!! I was going to get that but since BMW intro the next gen i said im going to stay faithful and damm was it a good decision I Love my car!!!

HAHA and that too!!! I use to drive My Mom's Old 1998 C280 and evertime a car passes me I feel it.
