What do i have to change to make the below setting suppose?

So, attempting to code the "M Performance" logo in the KOMBI section... I don't see BMW_LOGO anywhere. If I'm on an older version - is it possible to upgrade to get the BMW_LOGO option?

Do you see the logo in the cluster then?

On the f30, i never had the bmw logo in the cluster before I had received a sw update from the dealer.
This does not mean it HAS to be done for your car, just saying how it was on mine.

To get an update from the dealer you'll need to improvise abit. Can't really tell them you want to code new stuff

I picked my car up June 1st. When I took it in for the first (non-scheduled) oil change at 3500 miles, they updated the software from 46.3 to 47.2. That change added the "splash screen" that wasn't there originally. I'm still on 47.2 (pretty old now) and I was able to code the LOGO successfully.

I'll bet it will show up in your KOMBI CAFD after you get your software updated the next time you take it in.

I think there are enough software SIB's for the F30 that they will just update the car the next time he takes it in.

The dealers over here don't do it unless there is reason to like weird issues. The reason they state for this is it takes too damned long to update a car. I can only tell you what they told me

excuse me my ignorance, but with the ENET cable and E-SYS software I can diagnose and reset the error codes + coding the F30, or can I just coding the F30?

My car is set to arrive in a couple weeks, I have a couple questions after reading this.

1)I found a torrent file that got me E-Sys3.18.4 and psdzdata 47.7, is this the latest version that will likely be on my car? Does it matter if the versions don't match up? When new psdzdata files come out should I continue using these or find the new ones?

2) 04) Copy "est" folder from "\\E-sys 3.18.4\est" to "C:\ESysData\e-sys est"
What was supposed to be in the "est" folder? The only things inside my E-sys 3.18.4 folder was E-Sys_EST Pin folder w/ some rar files? Is this a step for an older version?

3)To back up the original settings you need to save the ncd file for each ECU? How many are there in total? Maybe I read that wrong...

You can use INPA and Tool32 (reset error codes) with ENET, but for full diagnosis, you really need ISTA/D and an ICOM interface.
