Seems like these are just regular halogen bulbs that have more of a white color to them, instead of the traditional yellow hue. I think it might be just like the heon bulbs.

yea cuz I was looking at the Philips crystal vision or diamond vision; I cant stand the stock yellow halogens they use. Anything to get rid of the yellow!! But I think 75$ is a little much for something that doesn't even have internet mentions..

Get a set of PIAA lights. Just make sure they are the correct wattage. I believe it's 55 watts. The high and low beams should be the same.
