Finally got my Superman!!! - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

You all know the details so I'll spare you, but lemme just say, the Estoril Blue is sooo much better in person than I could have imagined. And the Coral Red....well, I had been a bit scared because poeple's pictures have tended to be oversaturated. Really did look like Superman's cape. In reality, it is definitely closer to a brick red. Looks great. I absolutely love the contrast.

Said farewell to my previous lease...a 2010 328i. Good car, if not a bit plain.

Figured this was my new baby all covered up:

Behind me is an M5 with frozen gray. Looked really nice.

Oh yeah...and break-in period sucks. I was whining to my coworkers about the break-in period and then this got emailed out to our whole group....

The shifter is outstanding. I love the way the actual knob feels and it just slides into gear with such a satisfying click.

Love the color combo. Like you, I've been a bit concerned lately with some of the oversaturated pictures of the coral red. Glad to hear that it is more of a brick red.

I should have my EBII over red early next week. Can't wait!!!

What is funny is after showing it to friends now, some have said something along the lines of "Oh good! I was worried about the color combo at first, but it looks so much better in person."

Don't worry, you'll love it!

Thats why i love this color, I have only seen a couple f30's on the road and all black or white 328i's all non msport. Dealer said the 17th it should be ready.

I've seen 3 M Sports on the road, 2 Alpine white, and one black. The vast majority of F30's I see are black or white base line cars, but I have seen Luxury and Sport lines in different colors. I even saw a Havanna brown modern line, but no Estoril M Sports!

So far the steering feels very smooth in comfort and sport. No vibrations. I have heard some brake steel, but I'm not concerned.
