My dealer told me today that my build week is this week and that the car had gone into production...? She also said that it was due to arrive by the end of the year...

Everythings crossed... I hate this Avensis...

Thanks guys.. I must say second to my daughter being born this wait has been one huge roller coaster ride !!!

I am just praying the weather improves next week.. forecast is sleet/snow/frost and more rain..perfect.

Thanks, but I only live 3 miles from the dealer, so engine won't even get warm unless I take that little detour on way home....you know the new car 70mile detour

I got a call to say it hasn't arrived this afternoon, but it's on the wagon due in in the morning. I've got a customer visit tomorrow, but will be coming home via dealership to catch a glimpse......can hardly contain myself, and I have been sooo so good so far.

Looks like it will be ready for collection Tuesday, but I don't think I will be able to pick it up until Wed/Thurs....outch that is going to hurt

I have requested Estoril / Coral Red... but it has been referred to the our fleet manager as Arval have decided this is a risk - I have gone ballistic but a verdict is awaited.

What difference leather colour will make over a 3yr 80k lease is beyond me - particularly given my mileage is probably close to 150k over 3 years... it will be scrap either way.

So it may yet be Alpine / Coral as this is "acceptable"

Surprised they understand what Coral means. Lease companies normally struggle with Petrol and Diesel

M Sports have got to be EB.....it's practically the law

Yep as you say "it will be scrap" after that mileage, should not mater what colour it is.
