My limited experience in the Evo world, bigger DP increases gas velocity early in the exhaust cascade, so quicker spool is a plus, and leads to across the RPM gains...was wondering thoughts.

The raceworks picture is their prototype - after welding before polishing
Doesn't matter as you'd really want to get it ceramic coated to push all that heat out of the engine bay anyway

5" is way to big and not needed at all. I would like to see a 3.5" max, i can have my friend make me one and it will be nicer then those but i dont feel like having the car down for a week or so.

Catless lacks a catalytic converter.

Catted has one.

Unsure if the catless is legal in CT...usually without a CAT it isn't, but there's usually a secondary cat downstream that's "lit", and covers you for emission tests. I used a singular 200-cat and passed emissions for years with my Evo VIII.
