Im just planning my next purchase for 22 months from now and had a question...

I really don't want to splurge on the technology package again, but my question is if the album artwork is included on the screen when using MOG or pandora, or do you specifically need BMW apps for that?

Can you use MOG or pandora at all with just the enhanced USB connection or do you have to use bluetooth audio?

There's no "enhanced" USB, just USB with regular BT or USB with enhanced BT

You do not need BMW Apps for Pandora. I don't use MOG, can't answer.

You need to add the 1 option called "BMW Assist With Enhanced USB & Bluetooth".

Thanks for the help. Does the album artwork show up when connected to USB (Without BMW apps or the larger screen)? Im guessing not.

Yes it does if you connect via USB and have the enhanced BT option that BJ mentions (option 6NK or 6NL). No need for Apps. This is a good summary of the options: http://www.f30post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=696802

Actually the enhanced BT (option 6NK or 6NL depending on your market) also enhances the USB functionality. You get for example cover art if you connect your iPod via USB. You will not get this without the enhanced BT option.

Yes, for Pandora but not on the split screen, only full screen.

I meant for the smaller, non-nav equipped screen. Does it show up on cars without nav.
