For those in the know, where is the best place to find a good guide on the iDrive, have heaps of questions / how to's?

Real nice. Congrat Pops!
I like this video on the new idrive 4.2 presented by the BMWNA Technology Manager.
However, I doubt it answers all questions u might have.

That piano black trim looks very nice.

cant really remember what mine is now, hexagonal aluminium. Haven't got the coloured stripe. Indvidual leather, that affects it a bit I think.

Starting to think I should've gone for Piano... If I didn't.

Do remember quite liking the hexagonal aluminium when I was shown it. Damn, best go back and check the paperwork.

Very, very lovely.

But now I very slightly regret ordering two of them in Estoril Blue II as the whole world and his wife seems to want this colour. Best colour for me, yes, but only after Tanzanite Blue which is £810 more and was therefore not an option. Coral Red leather was a must.

Piano looks great, harder to clean than the aluminium but when clean looks better IMO.

The Piano black is a nice touch, I did consider it but as you say I felt it would be a pig to keep clean....! But hang on...says the guy whose gone for ... ALPINE WHITE...ooops!!

The EB2 colour combo is definitely growing on me...the 330D looks great..

You're right, I think it does look better. But it was one of those, I had already gone way past my proposed budget and the interior options selection came along at the end.

I just couldn't do it.

It'll all be forgotten when I start driving it though.

EBII is popular with M Sport owning enthusiasts on f30post, but that probably represents just a tiny percentage of F30/F31 owners overall so you'll probably see relatively few and instead will see far more black, grey, silver and white ones in your travels

Nah.. Its the sames six people on here who have ordered EBII who keep posting about it

PS. Any chance for a picture from the front pops? I'm still umming and arrring about the M-performance grille.
