LED license plate lights - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

Hi All

I like that clean white light look on the number plate.

Anyone fitted LED's to the license plate yet? I hear E90 ones are same.

I could be wrong but I think the license plate lights are already LED as standard, they certainly look LED-ish

...and the user manual talks about LED bulbs

Unless I'm misunderstanding the question - which is always possible

PS - Now what I would like are LED indicator bulbs
