Coding in the Colorado foothills area? - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

Namely the Loveland, Fort Collins area? I'm looking to disable the disclaimer and have it remember the Auto Start/Stop setting. I'd also like to disable to weather low temperature warning (this always freaks me out) if that is even possible.
