Another beautiful day here in central Ohio....perfect day for 3 great looking ~~Blue~~ BMW's to be photographed. We had some fun with some filters on the D-SLR. The stars of the show:

-2013 328iX Luxury Line - Imperial Blue Metallic w/ Saddle Leather
-2009 335i M-Sport - LeMans Blue Metallic w/ Black Leather
-2013 328i M-Sport Line - Estoril Blue II Metallic w/ Black Leather [my baby]

Great comparison shots. E92 with msport is still looking strong (better than f30 msport from some angles, even though it isn't fair to compare sedan vs coupe).

MSport bumper on F30 is almost a must. Without it, the front-end looks too squeezed.

And I am not too impressed with a Luxury Line...

If EBII were more like LeMans (ie if the m sport was available in LeMans.............), my color decision would be a lot easier!

+1. Standard front bumper still looks good standing still, but coming down the road towards you, just doesn't look right. "Squeezed" is the perfect word for it. Looks kinda like a cartoon character that got punched in the chin.

The E92 looks old and the F30 M-Sport has the swoopy-jaw almost exactly like the E90 LCI.

The Luxury is the only one of the cars that looks new.

I couldn't disagree more. The M-sport is a must for the F30 or it is just plain ugly. I would compare it to a normal 1 series and a 1M. The 1M is still ugly but it has enough flare to distract you, much like the F30 msport.

You're wrong.

The only reason that you like the M-Sport is because it so closely resembles the E90 LCI with that tired swoopy jawline. You drive a 6 year old E9X, so you're quite familiar with out-of-style cars that are plain ugly.
