Hi all,
I am going to order a 2013 328i. Can someone recommend a dealer or CA in D.C.?

Also, has anyone ordered one yet? Is your price within $500 over invoice?

Hi, thanks for all the replies. I just have another question before I contact any dealers. I talked to a dealer in my area last week. And he offered a price which is $700 more than the invoice found on bmwconfig.com. He said they charge ad fee and training fee. Is it true? Why should I pay for their ad and training?

They may try to charge it, but you shouldn't pay it. Whatever you pay should be, at most and preferably even less than, $2500 below what the BMW configurator shows as MSRP. If my dealer told me that and actually was serious, I'd leave and buy something else. An F30 is a fine car, but it's not special enough to command MSRP minus anything less than $2500, to say nothing of MSRP + $700!
