First Mod!!! - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

So my car has still not even in production yet but already got the first step of the mod bug in the mail!!!

EDIT: 9/13 after 5 weeks of waiting my car went into production this morning. I was so frustrated it was taking so long, I got over that this morning!!!!!

you misspelled "brakes" in your sig lol

break = separate or cause to separate into pieces as a result of a blow, shock, or strain: "the rope broke with a loud snap".

wow, i cant believe nobody caught that yet. fixed

i am having the brakes put on by dealer, even though i ordered with car i was told m performance can only be installed by dealer. It is $3000 for breaks and install but then it is handled for 6 years/100,000 miles, peace of mind. yea i am a huge superman and have been wanting to do this combo for a couple years so glad it can finally be done on a 4 door non M

Why does your message still say "breaks" and NOT "brakes"?

I included red M Performance brakes on my order for $2,295 and they will be installed at the VPC. My CA just added the wholesale price of the brakes to my already negotiated price of invoice + $895. So is your dealer charging you $3000 AND labor to install?

$3000 total for the brakes and the labor for install. also sent you a PM

wow that seems like a long wait. I plan on doing ED. I'm gonna need lots of sleep before the trip for the jet lag and the driving i plan on doing, but I know that for the week leading up to it I'll be too wired to sleep at all! must be agonizing!!!

my original plan was to get a car in 2014 and do ED but i found somebody that wanted to buy my e90 now so it gave me a good excuse to buy now. and q4 it is impossible to get time off work for me. enjoy your ED and take lots of pics

I also have a Superman config, and I'm doing ED on the 31st. I'll post pics ASAP :-). Not sure I'll do your mod though, but it's definitely interesting and hilarious!
