U're from Turkey, right? Shouldn't it already come with the EU holder as standard?

Wht do u mean? They're just normal painted screws probably supplied with the plate.

They are so smooth and they dont look like normal screws. I havent seen them before...

You can get screws with coloured caps - something like this might work, but you'd have to check the screws are suitable for your particular application.

(I have no connection with this eBay seller, just did a search on 'number plate screws').
