Are you talking about the residue left behind, or the badge? If you're doing it by yourself, just get some goo-gone and apply it to the surface and wipe it off after waiting for a while. Then get a damp terry cloth towel and just wipe it clean. I'm not sure if dealers debadge for you or not, so I don't know what your whole point of the question is about, other than residue left behind.
