Do UK buyers get the glove compartment under the light switches? Even without comfort access or storage package (If there is such thing)?

no, comes with storage pack only

did you spec one of the nav packs? if not then like me I don't think you'll have it. What happens when you press the voice button on the wheel?

Nothing happens, there's no audible confirmation the manual says there should be. But the manual seems to infer it's a standard feature?

It's definately not standard, I think that's just the manual, everything looks like it's fitted as standard but there is a 'coverall' at the start saying that not all specs are available everywhere etc. It does make for annoying reading in my opinion that you have to decipher yourself what specs you've got and haven't got instead of showing what is standard and what are options.

With the full Professional Nav pack, my voice control works at a push of the button and having the Interior Comfort Package (or just being a 328i Luxury - not sure) I get that massively useful mini glove box on the drivers side.
