Sherman Oaks, CA Pub reccomendations - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

So I am staying in Sherman Oaks for a couple nights next week on business. I'm looking for a good place to grab a pint and enjoy some scenic views without resorting to a strip club...can anyone reccomend someplace like a tilted kilt, twin peaks etc... out there? Cold beer a must with WiFi an added bonus...I won't have a car so it will have to be relative close proximity for walking or a quick cab ride.

Sherman oaks is a pretty dead area as far as good pubs go. Your best bet is to find a bar along Ventura blvd. there are some bars around van nuys blvd and Ventura. Yelp will be your friend lol. Also try posting this in the SoCal forum. Where will you be staying?
