New comer here

Below is my F30 with Melbourne Red. Equipped with 20inch KMC rims with 235/35/20. This is a temporary rims and will change back to 18inch but with 9.5j which is more aggressive in offset.

Headlight is smoky black by using stickers and windows are tinted

Does the black covering over the headlights decrease the brightness of your headlights?

that is custom order.

It will not decrease the brightness of light. When you switch on the light, it is no difference with non-smoked headlights
